Announcement
I’m pleased to announce the start of a new adult psychotherapy group beginning in early 2026. This group is for adults (21+) who are interested in exploring interpersonal patterns, deepening emotional awareness, and addressing issues such as anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, shame, conflict, and self-regulation within the live relational field of the group. Members will have the opportunity to reflect on how they relate to others, receive interpersonal feedback, and safely practice new ways of engaging.
I am now accepting referrals and inquiries for this group.

My Background
I am licensed in New York and New Jersey and am PSYPACT authorized. I am certified in psychoanalysis and have advanced training in group psychotherapy. My clinical approach is attachment-focused, existential, and trauma-informed, with particular attention to nonverbal communication, self-states, and enactments as pathways for therapeutic change. I believe strongly in the transformative power of group process and the unique opportunities it provides for interpersonal growth.
